Guidelines for Commercial Presentations

• Present an educational presentation of your approach and application of your material in the COMMERCIAL STRAND of the AMATYC Program.
• A link to the presentation information form will be sent to you after you submit the form below.
• Your presentation abstract and schedule will be included in the Whova app and the digital program if deadlines are met.
• Due to time constraints with room turnover, food functions are NOT permitted as a part of a commercial presentation.
• AMATYC will arrange for electricity in the presentation space, seating for attendees, a presenter table, a projector, and a projection screen.
• All other audiovisual equipment is the responsibility of the presenter. AMATYC recommends reserving audiovisual equipment directly with AMATYC's contracted company. The presenter is responsible for providing their own computer to connect to the projector. Information will be sent upon receipt of the presentation reservation.

Presenter Guidelines for Commercial Presentations

• The first presenter* will be provided with a name badge, which allows attendance ONLY at the regular sessions and exhibits.
• A presenter who desires full participation in the conference (including food events) must register as a regular attendee.
• If more than one presenter is listed, the first person listed agrees to inform the co-presenter(s) that they are required to register and pay the conference registration fee.
• *Authors of mathematics textbooks and other mathematics professionals, who are not also full-time employees of the company or organization, are specifically excluded from receiving complimentary or purchased exhibitor name badges.

Payment for Commercial Presentations

• Full payment for each commercial presentation requested must accompany this contract. Commercial presentation slots are assigned on a first-pay, first-served basis, except for AMATYC Corporate Partners, who are given priority.

Cancellation Policy for Commercial Presentations

• AMATYC will refund 65% of the fee ONLY IF all of the Commercial Presentation times are filled and another presenter is willing to purchase the canceled presentation time.
