Two presentation formats are available: 50-minute sessions and 2-hour workshops. Presentations may involve single or multiple presenters and must not promote or sell a commercially available product. Sessions may range from lecture or panel discussion format, to active attendee participation. The two-hour format is reserved for workshops and must include active attendee participation, an in-depth treatment of a topic, and substantial handouts. An offsite pc computer lab may be available for a limited number of two-hour workshops.
