Equipment requests (please limit your request according to the following guidelines):

  • AMATYC does not provide calculators, calculator view screens, software, smart boards, or laptop computers.

  • NEW:  AMATYC will try to provide presenters with equipment that is required to ensure the integrity of your presentation.  All equipment must be ordered when proposals are selected and scheduled; there will be no equipment in the room or provided on the day of your presentation if it is not preordered. 

  • To hold down costs, please order only the equipment you need.  AMATYC will not supply an LCD computer data projector solely for the purpose of showing PowerPoint presentations which outline your talk. If this is your need, please provide handouts, use overhead transparencies, or bring your own equipment.

  • Internet access may be available for the presenter if it is essential to the presentation. However, if Internet cannot be provided, to see how to do an Internet presentation without an Internet connection, click here. AMATYC cannot provide Internet for attendees for sessions or workshops.

Please also consider submitting your presentation (including paper, handouts, slides, etc.) to the electronic proceedings of the conference. To participate, send your materials to proceedings@amatyc.org by November 30th following the conference.
