All equipment must be ordered when proposals are selected and scheduled; there will be no equipment in the room or provided on the day of your presentation if it is not preordered.
To hold down costs, please order only the equipment you need. AMATYC will not supply an LCD computer data projector solely for the purpose of showing PowerPoint presentations which outline your talk. If this is your need, please provide handouts, use overhead transparencies, or bring your own equipment.
Internet access may be available for the presenter if it is essential to the presentation. However, if Internet cannot be provided, to see how to do an Internet presentation without an Internet connection, click here. AMATYC cannot provide Internet for attendees for sessions or workshops.
*If a data projector is requested, limit your request for standard overhead projectors to one.
Indicate any day you can NOT present. If you can present at any time during the conference, check "Any Day is OK." The more flexible you are on days you can present, the better your chances of having your proposal accepted. In particular, please consider checking "Any Day is OK."

FOR PROPOSALS ACCEPTED FOR PRESENTATION, AN INVITATION TO PRESENT WILL BE EMAILED IN APRIL.

In addition to these categories many additional topics are offered. Therefore, "General Interest" will include a wide diversity of topics.
Please check the boxes below that most closely describe the presentations at which you prefer to preside. If the presentation topic does not matter, please check "No Preference."
