The 38th Annual AMATYC Conference begins on Thursday, November 8, 2012, at the headquarters hotel, the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, located at 225 East Coastline Drive, Jacksonville, FL. A block of guest rooms at reduced rates has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront until October 10, 2012, or until AMATYC’s room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Any unreserved rooms in the block will be released for sale to the general public after this date. AMATYC members have purchased all available rooms the past few years, so make your reservations early! Be sure to mention that you are attending the AMATYC Conference if making your reservation by phone. Reservations can be made at the "Online Reservations" link above, or by calling the hotel at the numbers listed above. The hotel would prefer you make your reservations online. A credit card guarantee is required to hold a guest room for individuals attending the conference. All individual room reservations are required to pay one night’s lodging if the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, or a valid American Express, Diners Club, Visa, or Mastercard number and expiration date will be needed for the deposit. If you do not check into the hotel on the first night of your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited and your reservation canceled. If you find you must cancel your reservation, please make the cancellation at the earliest possible date to avoid losing your deposit. Name changes to room reservations may be made prior to arrival at no charge. In the event you check out of your guest room prior to the reserved checkout date, the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront may add an early checkout fee to your account. You will be informed of this at check-in and can change your respective check-out date at the time of check-in, without charge.
