Colorado Springs June 6-7, 2008

A block of guest rooms at reduced rates has been reserved at the DoubleTree Colorado Springs until May 6, 2008, or until AMATYC's room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Any unreserved rooms in the block will be released for sale to the general public after this date. So make your reservation early. Be sure to mention that you are attending the Beyond Crossroads Summer Workshop when making your reservation to receive the conference rate for your guest room. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at the numbers below or online at the website listed below.

All hotel rooms must have a credit card guarantee or payment in the amount of the first night's room and tax within 10 days of making the reservation. If you find you must cancel your reservation, the hotel must be notified no later than 4:00 pm on the day of arrival to avoid a no-show charge. When making reservations, please mention if you will be arriving after midnight.

In the event you check out of our guest room prior to the reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee (currently $50) to your individual account. If you wish to avoid an early checkout fee, you should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in your planned length of stay.

Airport Shuttle: Transportation is provided by the DoubleTree Hotel Colorado Springs, World Arena, to and from the Colorado Springs Airport.
