The BC Way: Embracing Change for Continuous Improvement

Implementing the standards outlined in Beyond Crossroads means making a commitment to continuous improvement in instruction to enhance student learning. Embracing the call to continuous improvement is a key component of professional growth. The attendees of these workshops will use the Beyond Crossroads Implementation Cycle to develop, assess, and improve projects of their choice. Each two-day workshop/conference will have multiple sessions to choose from. There will be common plenary sessions and concurrent break-out sessions and opportunities to work on specific projects and/or to focus on specific aspects of Beyond Crossroads standards and recommendations.

Conference Site and Lodging

The June 6-7 Beyond Crossroads Workshop will be held on the Centennial Campus of Pikes Peak CC in Colorado Springs. (Participants will want to bring cameras to capture the view of Cheyenne Mountain from the campus!) Check here for updates on housing information.

The July 10-11 Beyond Crossroads Workshop will be held at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center in Mission Valley, a short taxi ride from the San Diego Airport. The hotel website (www.towncountry.com/) lists many local attractions. Check here for updates on housing information.
