2013-2014 Registration

Registration will open on August 1st.  You can register to participate in this year's SML competition in one of the following ways:

1. Register online.
2. Print the 2013 Registration Form and fax it to the office at (901) 333 - 6251 with credit card information if applicable.
3. Fill in the 2013-2014 Registration Form, print and fax. If you have the pdf-saving feature, you can send a completed form by email attachment to amatyc@amatyc.org with credit card information if applicable.
4. Fill in the 2013-2014 Registration Form, print, and mail it (with a check if applicable) to:

Following the form is a list of institutional membership. If your school is listed there, the SML fee is waived. If you would like more information about an AMATYC institutional membership, click here.

Once the completed form has been received in the office, the registration will be processed through the database system and a confirmation and payment receipt will be generated. If you prefer to send in the form without credit card information included, you (or your business office) may call (901) 333 - 6243 and the registration can be processed over the phone.

If the completed form arrives in the office (by fax or email) and an invoice is requested, the invoice will be sent as an email attachment with the confirmation receipt. You can then submit the invoice for payment. Once received in the office and processed, a payment receipt will automatically be generated and sent by email.
